Our geolocation feature is optional and complies with the rules and regulations of the Commission de la Construction du Québec (CCQ). A CCQ worker can choose whether or not to allow the use of their location within our system.
If the worker grants permission, the application verifies whether they are within the job site’s punch zone. If permission is not granted, geolocation data is not collected, and only punch in and punch out times are sent to our system.
For non-CCQ workers, additional data can be collected at the time of punching in: distance from the job site or the exact location of the worker when punching in or out. This allows workforce managers to review geolocation alerts when validating work hours.

Our solution does not require a minimum number of users, but it does have a minimum monthly fee that covers 20 active users.
That said, a company with only 5 active users in the application will still be required to pay the minimum monthly fee. Additionally, our features are primarily designed to meet the needs of medium to large teams, which is why it is particularly effective for groups of over 20 employees, with whom we typically work.
