To optimize the management of multiple types of resources by clearly making the distinction between employee management and equipment management within the application. This practice aims to assign all resources more efficiently to worksites and provide better accuracy by grouping information and segmenting it in subcategories.

1 – New Features in Employee Management
The advanced employee management updates now allow to distinguish the roles of site workers vs. office staff, in addition to categorizing them according to their “trade quantifications.”
What the new updates allow you to do
This advanced function optimizes your resources and facilitates the assignment of your employees to various working sites. This approach grants you the flexibility to assign them based on their availability and roles they can perform, while taking into account their skills and experience.
You can now more accurately track the types of work (activities) that correspond more closely to each category of workers (for instance, night shift employees, carpenters, or even unregulated workers, as well as the number of hours already assigned to them.
In addition to better reflecting the reality of your operations, the information is constantly updated to provide clarity and accuracy when establishing schedules and planning your projects.
2 – New Features in Equipment and Machinery Management
In response to a significant market demand, we have developed a completely new section in our resource management tool, now allowing you to manage your specialized equipment and machinery. You can differentiate the different “types of equipment” and their characteristics, such as trailers, lifts, excavators, tractors, and bulldozers.
What the new feature allows you to do
- Centralize and easily share information and documentation specific to each piece of equipment by attaching relevant files such as user manuals, registrations, insurance certificates, maintenance schedules, photos, or other relevant documents.
- In addition to assigning equipment and machinery to your working sites, you can assign specific workers as designated operators of each equipment to better track usage and availability.
- Validate and approve operation time versus operator time via the timesheet.
- Customize fields to better reflect the reality of your company.
