Information collected from our users
Before detailing the account deletion procedure, it is essential to understand the information we collect and retain, even after successfully deleting a user account.
a) Information we delete upon request
We commit to delete all personally identifiable information from our users upon a request for account deletion. This includes the following data :
- Phone Number (mobile)
- Phone Number (home)
- Password (cryptographically hashed via bcrypt)
- Platform usage data (will be automatically deleted after 2 months)
- Type of device used
- IP Address
- Date and time of communications
If the user is an employee in the software:
- Phone Number (mobile)
- Phone Number (home)
- Home Address
- Home Geolocation
- Training
- Geolocation
- Date, time and geolocation of timestamp
b) Information retained after deletion
However, some information may be retained even after the account deletion to fulfill legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, ensure the security of our systems, or for other legitimate business reasons for us and your employer. This includes the following data :
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Date of hire and termination
- Profession and qualification level
Instructions for requesting user account deletion
a) If you are a user who is an employee
Please submit your account deletion request to one of the administrative users of Cactusoft ConstructionMC within your company.
b) If you are a user who is an administrative
Firstly, please send us a detailed email to this email address: support@cactusoft.construction. In this email, kindly include the following information:
- Subject: User Account Deletion
- First and Last Name of the user to be deleted
- Company Name
- Desired deletion date
Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation email from Cactusoft ConstructionMC following the deletion of the user account.
We are committed to processing all account deletion requests efficiently and within the specified timelines.
